1) General
Purchases provide immediate access to digital features. As a result, refunds are typically not available once benefits have been used or provisioned to a server/account.
2) Ineligible for Refunds
- Benefits were used by you or your server members.
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
- Duplicate purchase for a whitelisted server (we’ll apply the extra to another server instead).
- Account is blacklisted or banned for policy violations.
- Malicious intent, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
- Violation of the Terms of Service or Discord’s policies.
3) How to Request
If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us via /support within 24 hours of purchase. Provide the order email/ID, purchaser Discord ID, and server ID.
4) Policy Updates
We may revise this policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you agree to the updated policy.
