soul.lol is a biolink profile service that allows users to create a personalised page at soul.lol/[username]. By accessing or using soul.lol, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
soul.lol is operated as a private service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Usernames may not impersonate other individuals, brands, or public figures. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate this policy.
You are solely responsible for all content published on your soul.lol profile.
Premium access is available for a one-time payment of £7.99 (lifetime). Once purchased, access is granted for the lifetime of the service. This is a digital goods purchase and is non-refundable once granted, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (distance selling exemption for digital content).
Premium status may be revoked without refund in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback, or serious Terms of Service violations.
S$ is a virtual in-platform currency with no real-world monetary value. S$ cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or used outside of soul.lol. S$ balances are not redeemable upon account termination.
Casino games on soul.lol use S$ only. No real money is wagered. All game outcomes are determined server-side using cryptographically secure random number generation.
You must not use soul.lol to publish or link to content that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Banned users will be notified of the reason where possible. No refunds are issued upon termination for cause.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.
You retain ownership of content you publish on soul.lol. By publishing content, you grant soul.lol a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and serve your content for the purpose of operating the service.
The soul.lol brand, design, and codebase are proprietary and may not be reproduced without written permission.
soul.lol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, service downtime, or third-party content accessed via links on profiles.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of soul.lol at any time without liability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
